grind and fry on vegetable oil until a golden shade is formed. Add chanterelle mushrooms to the contents of the pan.
Roast the chanterelle and onion mixture for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add one tablespoon of flour and pour 300g of any broth. Salt pepper, garlic and mustard add as you please. Simmer all ingredients for approximately 5-7 minutes.
Salt the meat on two sides and whittle. Roast on two sides until the crust is formed. Put all the ingredients into a baking mould and place in a heated oven for 10-15 minutes. Do not forget to decorate the dish with greens before serving on the table.
