How to cook mushroom meats

You will need
  • – 500 g mushrooms;
  • – 5 potatoes;
  • – 5 tbsp flour;
  • – 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • – half a bunch of dill;
  • – salt to taste.

Boil the potatoes in a uniform, cold slightly, peel.

Rinse the selected mushrooms, cut in slices.

Heat on a frying pan 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the cut mushrooms, simmer them for 15 minutes over medium heat. Stir them sometimes.

Dill rinse, finely chop.

From the ready mushrooms, make the puree using a blender. You can use a grinder for this purpose. Add potatoes to the mushrooms, disperse. Stick the greens, salt. Stir the resulting minced meat thoroughly. Add the flour, mix again until smooth.

In a saucepan, boil water. Form from minced balls with a dessert spoon or hands. Lower the balls into boiling water.

Cook the mushroom meatballs for 10 minutes. When they pop up, you can pull them out.

Serve ready meatballs with vegetable salad and any sauce.
