How to cook delicious curd doughnuts

You’ll need
  • sour cream — 2 tbsp

  • sugar — 100 g;
  • flour — 150 g;
  • eggs — 2 pcs;
  • cottage cheese — 250 g.

To make delicious curd doughnuts, drain the curds so that there are no lumps left. Add sugar, eggs and mix well.
Add starch, soda, sour cream and a little salt to the resulting mass. Once again, stir everything diligently.


Pour the flour into the curd mass and knead the soft dough. Next, roll the sausage out of the dough and cut it into pieces about 1 centimeter thick. These will be our future delicious curd doughnuts.


Scroll out of pieces of dough small sized balls and bash them in a manka. Then roast them in a red-hot pan in plenty of oil.


Delicious curd donuts after roasting should be put on paper napkins or towels to remove excess oil. Before serving them on the table, you can sprinkle the dish with sugar or icing sugar.
