How to cook cookies with jam at home conditions

You’ll need
  • For dough:
  • – 400g flour
  • – 200g butter
  • – 250g sugar
  • – yolks from 3 eggs
  • – 25g ground cinnamon
  • For the filling:
  • – 150 g fruit jelly
  • – 50 g icing sugar

Flour sieve through a sieve and make it in it deepening, into which we pour whipped yolks, put there the same oil, sugar and salt. Stir everything carefully. In the resulting mixture add cinnamon, knead the dough and put for a while in the refrigerator.

Finished dough divide into several parts and form tortillas from them. From each tortillas we cut a figurine, and we make a deepening in it, in which we lay out a little bit of a stretch.

The product is spread on oiled baking tray and sent to preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Ready biscuits get out of the oven and decorate with icing sugar.
