You will need
- – flour – 2 cups + 2 tablespoons;
- – baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon;
- – icing sugar – 150g;
- – sugar – 50 g;
- – butter – 300 g; –
- vanillin – 1 teaspoon;
- – almond extract – 0.5 teaspoon;
- – food dye;
- – confetti – 1 teaspoon.
Put the following ingredients in the blender: salt, sugar sand, 2 cups flour, as well as baking powder for dough and sugar powdered. Stir everything thoroughly, then add vanillin and butter to this mixture. From the resulting mass, remove the dough. When it’s ready, cut it so that it turns out 2 equal parts.
One of the parts of the dough re-place in the blender. Add food dye, leftover flour and almond extract. Mix it all nicely. In the end it will turn out colored dough.
Simple and colored dough roll out, wrapping each on both sides with sheets of parchment. In this condition, send them into the cold for about 2-3 hours.
Next, remove the top sheets of parchment from each rolled layer of dough. Put in such a way that the colored is on the simple. Then remove the paper residue and gently align the edges of the connected dough.
Wrap the resulting double-layer layer from the dough so that the roll is obtained. Put confetti with free dishes and thoroughly rub this roll in it. Remove in the fridge, wrapped with food film, for 5 hours.
After time, heat the oven to 165 degrees. Cut the roll from the dough into small pieces, the thickness of which is approximately 1 centimeter. Place on a baking tray with parchment and send to bake for 15-17 minutes. Cookies “Colored spirals” are ready!
