You’ll need

- – 3 sweet red peppers
- – 3 sweet yellow peppers

- – olives ( pitted)
- – thyme
- – white dry wine
- – 500 g canned tomatoes
- – olive oil
- – 2 heads of red onion
- – garlic

Pepper cut into slices or strips and put into a baking shape. Put the workpiece in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove the skin from the pepper.

Chicken cut into small pieces and fry until a golden crust is formed on olive oil. Ready chicken meat in a mold for baking with pepper. Separately fry the red onion in vegetable or olive oil.

Add the crushed garlic to the mixture and pour the white wine. For 10-15 minutes, roast all ingredients over low heat.

Pour the chicken with broth, lay out the canned tomatoes, salt and pepper the workpiece to taste. Take the dish until ready in the oven. A few minutes before serving on the table, garnish the chicken with thyme and olives.
