- 1 cup of milk, 400 grams of sour cream, 250 grams of “mascarpone” cheese, 150 milliliters of cream, 1 cup of sugar, 20 grams of gelatin.
Gelatin pour in 1 cup of cold milk and leave to swell (about half an hour).
Sour cream, cheese, cream and sugar whisk with the mixer until thick.
Heat the spilled gelatin in milk (about a minute on a very low heat) and pour into a container with sour cream and cheese mass. Whisk well with a mixer.
Leave the mass for 10 minutes to cool.
Place in silicone molding or vase and put in the refrigerator overnight for stiffening. Serve chilled.
