Snack on crackers with ham and sausage cheese
– 25-30 round crackers;
– 150g ham or boiled sausage;
– 150g sausage cheese;
– 1 tomato;
– 3 chicken eggs;
– 3 sprigs of parsley;
– mayonnaise. The
snack will look much more attractive if you squeeze the filling through a large nozzle of a pastry bag.
Peel the sausage cheese from the skin and rub it on a fine grater. Boil the eggs steeply, refrigerate in ice water, release from the shell and spread with a fork. Slice the ham or sausage into small cubes. Mix all prepared ingredients and refill with mayonnaise. Put the mass on crackers, decorate with a slice of tomato and leaves of parsley.
Elegant snack on crackers with salmon and cheese cream
– 25-30 crackers;
– 200 g of lightly salted salmon or trout;
– 200 g of cream or curd cheese;
– 2 sprigs of dill;
– 2-3 leaves of green salad;
– 1/3 tsp of black ground pepper.
Cook the snack on crackers just before serving on the table, because the biscuits quickly soak.
Cut the fish in thin oblong slices across the fibers. Rinse the lettuce leaves and discuss them on a paper towel. Whisk the cheese with shredded dill greens and pepper and put mini portions of the resulting cream the size of a large pea on half of the crackers. Put the remaining biscuits on them and lightly pressed to glue. Apply one more ball of cheese mass on top, cover with a piece of green salad and garnish with salmon pink.
Recipe for mushroom snack on crackers
– 20-30 crackers; – 100g fresh champignons;
– 100g small pickled opat approximately one size;
– 150g curd cheese;
– 100 g 20% sour cream;
– 1 small head of red onion;
– 1 slice of garlic;
– pinch of black ground pepper;
– 0.5 tsp salt;
– 10 g of parsley or dill greens;
– vegetable oil.
Shape the peeled onions and garlic and roast in vegetable oil until soft. Add there large cut champignons, pepper, salt and cook for 5-7 minutes. Cool the roast, combine it with cheese, sour cream, greens and spread in a blender until smooth. Shape slides of creamy mushroom filling on crackers and plant on each couple of oopat.
Vegetarian snack on crackers
– 20 crackers; – 1 ripe avocado
– 10 cherry tomatoes; – 2 tbsp lemon juice;
– 1/3 tsp salt.
Cut the peel with the avocado, remove the bone and disperse the flesh of the fruit in a blender. Pour lemon juice into the puree so it doesn’t turn brown, salt and stir. Spread it over the crackers, cover with halves of cherry tomatoes and press a little.
