You will need
- – flour – 400 g;
- – butter – 200 g;
- – almonds 200 g;
- – sugar – 150 g;
- – eggs – 5 pcs.
Separate the proteins from the yolks. Heat the butter on the stove or in the microwave, it should melt slightly. Mix the heated oil with the flour, egg yolks and 50g of sugar. Knead the dough, put it in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Whisk the egg whites with the sugar until a steady foam is formed. Draw the almonds with boiling water and grind into a large crumb. Mix it with the whipped proteins and lightly heat the mixture over a low heat.
Remove the dough from the fridge, roll it out in a 1-1,5 cm thick layer. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and grease it with butter, lay the dough on it and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Take the baking tray out of the oven and smear the hot corge with egg-almond mass and put it in the oven to bake for another 10 minutes.
