How to cook a salmon, radish and apple salad

You’ll need
  • – 150g mustard or horseradish
  • – mayonnaise
  • – 1 green apple
  • – salt
  • – black ground pepper
  • – 150g tomatoes cherry
  • – lettuce leaves
  • – 500g smoked salmon fillets
  • – 100g radishes

Apple peel off the skin and cut into thin straws. Cut radishes into thin plates or half-rings. Cherry tomatoes are enough to cut in half.


Finely tear the lettuce leaves and mix with already cooked vegetables. Lay in an even layer on a plate, put small pieces of smoked salmon fillet on top.


Horseradish (or mustard) combine with a small amount of mayonnaise. Rub the zest of one orange on a fine grater. Salt and pepper the mixture as you wish. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.


Before serving on the table, refill the salad with a mixture of horseradish (mustard). The dish can be decorated with greens or cut in half by quail eggs.
