How to cook a pilaf with a sea tongue in a multivark;

You’ll need
  • – 1-1,5 cups rice;
  • – medium-sized sea tongue fillet;
  • – 1 carrot;
  • – 1 large bulb;
  • – 2-3 cups water;
  • – 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • – spices to taste: turmeric, salt, black ground pepper, garlic, zira and others.
Instruction
1

Rinse Fig. To do this, you can lay it out in a sieve or colander, zipped with gauze and rinse it in about precise water until the water becomes clear.

2

Prepare vegetables: onions and carrots brush, wash and cut into small cubes. Garlic brush (2 cloves), cut into small cubes, or squeeze through a press or grate on a fine grater.

3

Sea tongue fillets defrost, rinse with running water. The fillet should be free from the ice crust. Cut into large cubes (roughly 1.5 by 1.5 centimeters).

4

In the bowl of multivooks pour vegetable oil, turn on the “frying” mode for 15 minutes. Add the spices and garlic, let them open for 2-3 minutes. Add carrots and onions. Fry for a few more minutes.

5

Add chopped sea-tongue fillets to the multicooks bowl. Roast until singnal off mode “frying”, stirring periodically so that the sea tongue is not set alight.

6

Add water to the bowl of multicooks (in the proportion of about 1:1 ,5, that is, 1 cup of rice per 1.5 cups of water). Water should close the contents of the future pilaf.

7

Close the cover of the multicooker and expose the “Plov” mode for about 30-40 minutes. After the signal of the shutdown mode let stand for another 10 minutes with the lid closed, so the pilaf will become more fragrant.

8

Bowl multicooks gently extract, pilaf spread over serving plates and serve on table hot. Pleasant appetite.
According to this recipe, approximately 4-5 servings of pilaf are obtained.
