How to cook a pie with lingonies

Blonberries contain beneficial substances and vitamins for the body. Combined with curd dough it turns out an unusual taste.

For the dough you need:

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese 9%;
  • 10-15 grams of sugar sand;
  • one packet of vanillin;
  • one medium egg chicken;
  • 100-110 grams of flour;
  • one teaspoon baking powder.

For pouring you will need:

  • 120 grams of Greek yogurt or soft curd;
  • 10 grams of sugar sand;
  • protein of one egg.

For the filling:

  • 50-70 grams lingonberries;
  • 2-3 teaspoons icing sugar;
  • flour or cornstarch.

Cooking

In a shallow bowl stir well with a fork of cottage cheese, added vanillin, chicken egg, sugar and stirred. Flour is sifted through a sieve or special mug. Thanks to this, the dough is produced by air and without impurities. A baking powder is added to the flour (can be replaced with soda slaked) and mixed. Attach to the curd mass and knead with the help of a spoon or hands. The dough is soft and sticky.

In a separate container mix Greek yogurt with sugar and protein. If desired, cocoa, vanillin or coconut shavings are added. Yogurt is taken natural, without additives.

The

lingonberries get over from garbage, pour with powdered sugar and stirred. To ensure the juice of berries when baking does not flow out, add a teaspoon of cornstarch or flour.

The split ring is covered with parchment paper, lubricated with a small amount of butter or sprinkled with breadcrumbs. You can take a silicone form for baking, then nothing before lubricated. Hands dipped in water roll the dough into a ball. Distributed on the bottom of the shape or ring, about two centimeters high and formed low sides, so that then the pouring did not flow from the pie. The lingonberries are poured on the dough, distributed all over the bottom and filled completely with Greek yogurt with protein and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees 40-45 minutes.

The finished pie is extracted from the oven and cabinet and left to cool. Before serving, the table is extracted from the mold and cut into portions. Optionally sprinkled with extra sprinkling or nuts. Served with tea or milk. The pie is suitable for breakfast or snack.

If there is no frozen lingonberries, it can be replaced with any other berries and fruits, pitted. Fresh pears, strawberries or apple will suit well.
