How to cook a pie in a multivarie

You will need
  • juice and lemon zest;
  • turmeric — 1 pinch;
  • apples — 2 pcs;
  • baking powder — 2 tsp;
  • vanilla sugar — 1.5 tsp;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • sugar – 120 g;
  • butter or margarine – 120 g;
  • flour – 160 g.

To cook the pie in a multi-cook, whisk the sugar with the butter using a mixer or two forks. Then add the vanilla sugar and eggs. Then mix everything well.


Brush the apples from the peel and cut into small parts, can be diced. Add the zest and lemon juice to them, sprinkle with two teaspoons of sugar and stir.


Add the apple pieces to the butter and egg mixture, mix well. Stick the flour, turmeric and baking powder. Stir again diligently. The dough should turn out very soft.


Bowl in multicook grease with oil, place the dough in it. Set the Bake mode and the time is 60 minutes. Grease the top of the pie with apricot jam, sprinkle with almond petals.
