You will need
- – 2 cups flour;
- – 0.5 cup raisins;
- – 0.5 cup sugar;
- – 0.5 cup chopped cashew nuts;
- – 0, 5 glass of vegetable oil;
- – glass of warm water;
- – 30 ml of soy sauce;
- – a packet of vanilla sugar;
- – 3 tbsp of honey;
- – 2 tbsp of baking powder.
Instructions

Pour boiling raisins, leave for 15 minutes, discard on a colander, discuss, mix with a spoon of flour and nuts.

Pack the sugar on a frying pan, heat over medium heat, should form caramel.

Pour the water, bring to the boil, cook until all the caramel dissolves. Pour into a bowl, cool a little.

Add vegetable oil, vanillin, soy to warm caramel water sauce, honey, mix.

Pour a glass of flour and baking powder, knead out. Now slowly introduce leftover flour until the dough in consistency resembles thick sour cream. Add the nuts with raisins to the dough.

Pour the dough into a mould, bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 175 degrees. Ready muffin cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
