How to cook a curd casserole in a multivark without flour;

You’ll need
  • -400-500 grams of cottage cheese;
  • -1/2 cup sour cream;
  • -4 chicken eggs;
  • -1 yolk;
  • -1/4 cup sugar;
  • -1/2 glass semolina;
  • -1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • -vanillin at the tip of the knife.
  • Instructions

    Prepare deep capacity. Curd cheese through a sieve, pierce with a blender or mash with a fork so that there are no lumps.

    In the container mix the cottage cheese, add sugar and 4 eggs. All thoroughly erase or punch with a blender to a homogeneous mass.

    Add semolina, vanillin, stir thoroughly or blender again. It is possible to plug the mixer and whisk for 5 minutes so that the sugar is completely dissolved and the mass becomes homogeneous.
    To swell semolina you can give the curd mass a little rest.

    On the bottom of the multicooker bowl you can settle baking paper so that the casserole is more easily moved away, and the bowl remains practically clean. Grease the bottom and walls of the bowl with vegetable oil.

    Pour the dough (it will turn out quite liquid, roughly like on a charlotte) into a bowl of multicooks.
    To prevent the top from being too poor, smear with a silicone brush (or any other way) the top of the future casserole with a yolk. The finished casserole will take account of this pleasant ruddy color.

    On the panel multicooker display the “Baking” mode for 40-45 minutes. Do not open the lid during baking. After the shutdown signal, leave the casserole in the multicooker for about 10 minutes.

    Gently take the casserole out of the multicooker bowl, cut into serving pieces and serve with sour cream, jam, jam or condensed milk. Casserole turns out very tender and delicious.
