How to boil a pilaf with a chicken in a multivarke

You will need
  • – 200-300 g chicken fillet;
  • – 1 tbsp rice;
  • – 2 tbsp water;
  • – A pinch of salt;
  • – spices to taste: turmeric, zira, black ground pepper, barberry and others to taste;
  • – 2 slices of garlic;
  • – 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil.

Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the rice thoroughly with running water until the water is clear. Brush onions, carrots, garlic. Cook the necessary spices.


The onion and carrots cut into small cubes. Garlic can also be diced, skipped through a press or grated on a shallow grater. Chicken fillets clean from films, excess fat, cut into large cubes (about 1.5 cm in size).
