You will need
- – 200-300 g chicken fillet;
- – 1 tbsp rice;
- – 2 tbsp water;
- – A pinch of salt;
- – spices to taste: turmeric, zira, black ground pepper, barberry and others to taste;
- – 2 slices of garlic;
- – 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the rice thoroughly with running water until the water is clear. Brush onions, carrots, garlic. Cook the necessary spices.
The onion and carrots cut into small cubes. Garlic can also be diced, skipped through a press or grated on a shallow grater. Chicken fillets clean from films, excess fat, cut into large cubes (about 1.5 cm in size).
Bottom of multicooks bowl grease with vegetable oil. Turn on “Frying” mode for 15 minutes, leave the lid open. In the oil add turmeric, zira, ground pepper and other seasonings to taste.
Wait 1-2 minutes for the flavour of the seasoning to reveal itself. Add the onion and carrots, fry for about 5 minutes.
Put the chicken fillet into a bowl of multicooks, fry the remaining time, stirring periodically with wooden or special shovel for multivooks, not to scratch the bottom of the bowl. Fillet will acquire a light color.
After turning off the frying mode, pour water into the multicooker bowl. The water should close the rice a bit. If you pour a lot of water, the rice can boil.
Close the multicooks bowl. Expose the “Plov” mode for 40-45 minutes. After the signal of the shutdown, let the pilaf still stand for 7-10 minutes.
