Baked turkey legs in spices Ingredients
– 5 turkey shins;
– 900 ml water;
– 1/2 tbsp white and brown sugar;
– 1/2 tbsp fine salt;
– 1 tsp seasoning mixture for chicken or turkey + 1 tbsp for marinade;
– 1 tbsp ground dried chilli;
– 1 tsp onion salt and paprika;
– 1 bay leaf;
– vegetable oil.
Pour water into a saucepan and put on a heavy heat. Pour into the dishes both types of sugar, salt, 1 tbsp seasonings and toss the bay leaf. Boil the marinade and immediately remove from the stove. Cold it and pour it into a bowl or container. Submerge the turkey shins in there and put away for 4-8 hours in the fridge.
Remove marinated pieces of meat from fragrant liquid, rinse and wet with paper towels. Mix the ground chilli, paprika, seasoning mixture and onion salt in a bowl. Rub the resulting mixture of the bird and put on a baking tray, greased with vegetable oil. Bake the turkey legs in a preheated to 200oC oven for 20-25 minutes, then lull the temperature to 170oC and tomate the dish for another 15-20 minutes.
Crispy turkey legs in honey marinade Ingredients
– 4 large turkey shins;
– 500ml water;
– 80g honey;
– 1 lemon;
– 6-8 peas black pepper;
– 1/2 tbsp salt;
the sauce: – 100g butter; – 3/4 tsp curry, ground paprika and oregano;
– 1/2 tsp salt.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour into a large container. Add honey, peas and salt and stir well. Pour the marinade with water, lower the turkey legs into it and leave for 12-24 hours. Soften the oil by enduring it for 30-40 minutes at room temperature. Whisk it with a whisk of salt and spices.
Pull the shins out of the marinade, dry on a tray or cutting board and shift into an oiled heat-resistant shape. Take a culinary brush, dip it in the sauce and generously smear chunks of poultry on all sides. Set the temperature in the oven to 180oC and cook the dish for 30 minutes, then increase the heat to 220oC and befriend the legs in 10-15 minutes.

Peel the garlic slices and finely slice. Make the cuts in turkey meat and nail the legs with garlic. Spread them with salt and pepper, place them in a mold, pour cream and cover with foil. Send the dish to the oven for 40 minutes at 180oC, then remove the silvery paper and bake the turkey shins for another 15 minutes at 200-220oC.
