Hot artichoke sauce

You’ll need
  • – 4 medium bulbs with feathers
  • – 1 can of artichokes heart
  • – 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • – 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • – crackers or rye crackers

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Clean and chop the onion.

Finely cut the hearts of artichokes.

Mix the onion, artichokes, mayonnaise and cheese shaped for baking. Shape is not necessary.

Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers.
