  • – 200 g sugar
  • – Apricot syrup

  • Instructions

Cooking the dough. Spread eggs with sugar, add vanillin. Break to a homogeneous mass. Step by step, add sour cream, condensed milk, cocoa, baking powder and flour. After adding each ingredient, mix thoroughly.

Knead an unthick dough that resembles thick sour cream in consistency. Prepared baking mould grease with oil. Put half of the dough into the form. Put in a preheated oven. Bake for half an hour. Make some corgis. The quantity will depend on the thickness of each corge.

Next prepare the cream. Cut the apricots finely into cubes. Whisk the cream with the sugar (whisk until the beginning of thickening). Add mascarpone cheese, stir (not a mixer). Add the chopped apricots, stir.

Cooked corge or not can be checked using a fork. After the food is reached, it is necessary to let it cool. Cut the cooled corge into several pieces. Slightly impregnate apricot syrup. Instead of apricot you can take cherry, strawberry, etc. Place some of the resulting cream evenly throughout the corge. Cover with the remaining corge, soak with syrup a little. Repeat the procedure until you use all corgis.

Next proceed to decorate. Sides of cake grease with cream, sprinkle with grated almonds. Lay out the strawberries (you can use other red berries or fruits), pour in pre-cooked jelly for the cake. You can decorate the cake with cream. Put the cake in the fridge.
