Necessary ingredients:

For dough:

– 300 milliliters sour kefir;
– 400 grams wheat flour;
– 1 teaspoon sugar sand;
– 1 teaspoon food soda;
– 1 teaspoon salt;
– 3 tablespoons refined sunflower oil.

For the filling:

– 5 potatoes;
– 1 onion bulb;
– 1 chicken egg;
– 100 milliliters of milk;
– 3 tablespoons of butter;
– 1 bunch of dill;
– salt;
– vegetable oil.

Stir the baking soda, sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon cooking oil well in the kefir. Stirring with a spoon, add small portions of flour. Then carefully knead the dough with your hands, gradually adding the remaining vegetable oil.

To turn fresh kefir to sour, you need to get it from the fridge and leave it for 7-8 hours or overnight in a warm place.

When the patty dough is soft and elastic, wrap it in food film and leave for 30 minutes. Peeled potatoes, boil until soft, drain the liquid and mash. Add milk, raw egg, finely chopped fennel greens, buttered onions, salt and stir.

Make the patty dough into small balls. Each ball roll out, put in the middle of the filling and form patties. Fry the patties in a pan in well-heated vegetable oil on two sides.

– 10 grams of dry yeast;
– 1 teaspoon sugar sand.

For filling:

– 600 grams of boiled beef;
– 1 onion;
– 100 grams of rice;
– black ground pepper;
– salt;
– 200 milliliters of sunflower oil (for frying).

Boil the rice in salted water ready and mix with boiled meat passed through the grinder. Add the roasted until golden colored onion, pepper, salt and stir.

Sift the flour and mix with dry yeast. Then pour the warm milk into a bowl of flour, pre-dissolving a teaspoon of sugar in it. Put on 20 minutes in a warm place without stirring. When the yeast is activated, add the egg, a little salt and floor a teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Roasted yeast dough patties are delicious both warm and cold and can be perfectly stored in the fridge for a few days.

Stir the dough and add some more flour if necessary. Mix the dough until it stops sticking to the hands. Cut the dough into several pieces with a sharp knife.
