Fried flounder with oranges

You’ll need
  • – 500g flounder;
  • – 300g oranges;
  • – 150g onions;
  • – vegetable oil;
  • – pepper, salt.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Clean the fish carcasses from the skin immediately. Oranges take large, ripe.

Peel the onion onions, cut thin half-rings.

Remove the juice from the oranges. The flesh will not be required for this recipe.

Roll a small amount of vegetable oil on a frying pan. Lay out the onion, fry it until clear.

Add the carcass flounder to the onion. Salt, pepper to taste. Fry on each side for 5 minutes. Long this fish doesn’t need to fry, otherwise it will start to burn.

Pour orange juice into the pan. Stew for 10 minutes without a lid.
