- – sugar syrup (thick pull) – 4 tbsp l.

- – cardamom (to taste)
- – oatmeal flakes – 4 tbsp l.
Cook nut paste. Stir in the blendar until pasty state half the almonds. Add 1 coffee spoon of honey and a little salt. Raise until the oil appears.
Rinse the quinoa well and mix it with sesame seeds, flax seeds, oatmeal flakes, salt, spices. Add the remaining half of the large-cut almonds.
Mix in a small cup the finished almond paste with honey and sugar syrup. Put for 1 minute in the microwave.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together so that a thick mass is produced. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Zip with baking paper the cooked shape and remove in the oven for 15 minutes. Get out of the oven and refrigerate. Cut into a thin knife. The bars are ready.
