  • – milk – 100 ml;
  • – soft cheese (e.g., “Sulguni”, “Mozzarella”).

Cut the eggplant into cubes and fry them until soft (approximately 15-20 min). 5 minutes before ready, add the finely chopped greens.

When the eggplant has cooled, salt them and add grated hard cheese, a bar (pre-soaked in milk), egg, breadcrumbs, greens, garlic and pepper to taste.
Mix the eggplant mince.
