You’ll need
- – 160 g flour in/s;
- – 130 g cornmeal;
- – 45 g sugar;
- – 300 g kefir;
- – 80 g raisins;
- – 2 eggs;
- – 0.5 tsp soda;
- – 50 g butter;
- – 0.25 tsp salt;
- – A pinch of vanillin.
- For chocolate glaze:
- – 50g dark chocolate;
- – 25g butter.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat eggs with salt, kefir, vanilla and sugar. Melt butter and mix with egg-kefir mixture.

Both kinds of flour sift with soda. Wash the raisins, discuss, bash in flour and add to the dry ingredients. Little by little we start adding a mixture of flour with raisins to the liquid ingredients and quickly kneading the dense dough. Put in an oiled mould and bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.

For the glaze, melt on a water bath fractured into pieces chocolate with butter and stir until smooth. Take out the cupcake from the oven, slightly cool and cover with chocolate. Pleasant appetite!
