- – pack of butter
- – 100g icing sugar
- – 1 tile of bitter chocolate
- – 60g flour
- – 250g starch
Soften the oil. To do this, take a glass, pour boiling water into it, pour, and with a hot glass cover the oil, hold a couple of minutes. Cut the butter into pieces, mix with icing sugar and then whisk with a blender until foam is formed.
Melt the chocolate on the water bath, lay it out in small portions to the rest of the mass, continuing to whisk.
Mix the flour with the starch, gradually pour them into the rest of the ingredients. The dough is good to mash. Divide it into small parts, roll balls out of them.
Cook the baking tray: zip it with parchment, grease with sunflower oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the balls on the tray, take a little bit of them. Put in the oven and bake until ready. After cooking, get the cookies, put in the dish and pour sugar.
