You will need

- – 1.5 tsp. sugar, – 1/2 tsp

Chicken fillet boiled in salted water. Strain the broth and boil the rice in it.

Boiled fillets cut into small pieces, fry in butter, splash with lemon juice.

To prepare the gravy with apples cut the peel, remove the core and cut them in slices. Apple peel brew 3-4 min. Strain the decoction and pour it slices of apples, boil until soft, then pour sugar, cinnamon. Then introduce water-bred starch. We bring the padding to the boil, remove from the fire.

On serving plates spread cooked rice, then – pieces of chicken fillet. On top, water with apple lining.
