Chicken-roll po‑home

You will need
  • for five servings:
  • – five Armenian lavash;
  • – ketchup – 200 ml;
  • – mustard – 150 ml;
  • – mayonnaise – 150 ml;
  • – hard cheese shabby – 10 tsp. spoons;
  • – three pickles;
  • – one tomato;
  • – a bunch of green salad;
  • – three eggs;
  • – sour cream – 4 tbsp;
  • – semolina – 3 st . spoons;
  • – chicken breast – 1/2 pieces;
  • – breadcrumbs, vegetable oil.

Beat the chicken fillet, cut lengthwise into pieces. Salt, pepper, dip in a beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Roast in vegetable oil.

Prepare the omelette. Whisk two eggs, add pepper, salt, sour cream, manka. Pour over a frying pan, cook over a low heat. Then cool the finished omelette, cut it into long strips.

Cut mugs cucumbers with tomato, rub the cheese on a grater. Rinse the lettuce leaves, dry. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise.

Put on a dish of pita, grease with mustard, lay out a few lettuce leaves, cucumbers, tomato, add chicken fillet, omelette, two teaspoons of cheese. On top, lay out a couple of spoons of sauce. Left to roll the chicken roll at home and enjoy a meal!
