Chicken Po – Moroccan

You will need
  • – 2 chicken fillets;
  • – 100 g couscous;
  • – 1 tbsp chicken broth;
  • – 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
  • – salt, ground pepper;
  • – half lemon
  • – 0.5 tbsp olive oil
  • – half fresh hot pepper
  • – parsley.

Pour the couscous with hot chicken broth and let to stiff for about 5 minutes.

Chicken breast cut into small strips, add salt, pepper, cinnamon. On olive oil, the chicken strips fry. Fry for about 6 — 8 minutes.

Bitter peppers wash, remove seeds and finely cut.

Peel the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.

To the chicken add the cut hot pepper. And fry for another minute.

To the chicken add the zest, lemon juice and 3 tablespoons water. Boil and let the water evaporate a little.

Greens wash, let dry, finely cut. Mix all the greens with couscous.
