Chicken in “ajura” of potato

You’ll need
  • – 2 chicken breasts (large);
  • – 100g hard cheese;
  • – one egg;
  • – 6 medium tuber potatoes;
  • – 2 tbsp flour;
  • – 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • – 20 g greens;
  • – salt, black ground pepper – to taste.

Wash and cut greens, mix with grated cheese.

Chicken meat cut into thin plates, season with salt and pepper, stir. Fry everything on a frying pan until ready.

Peel the potatoes, grate gently on a grater. Push out all the juice. Add salt, egg and flour. Stir well.

Over a low heat, heat the pan, cover the bottom with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
