Chicken in “ajura” of potato

You’ll need
  • – 2 chicken breasts (large);
  • – 100g hard cheese;
  • – one egg;
  • – 6 medium tuber potatoes;
  • – 2 tbsp flour;
  • – 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • – 20 g greens;
  • – salt, black ground pepper – to taste.

Wash and cut greens, mix with grated cheese.

Chicken meat cut into thin plates, season with salt and pepper, stir. Fry everything on a frying pan until ready.

Peel the potatoes, grate gently on a grater. Push out all the juice. Add salt, egg and flour. Stir well.

Over a low heat, heat the pan, cover the bottom with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
Put and spread the grated potatoes over the bottom of the pan and stick with a scapula for 2-3 minutes. It turns out a pancake shape. Fry on two sides.

Put the chicken on one side of the potato pancake, on the other sprinkle the stirred cheese with the greens. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, the cheese will start to melt.

Next fold in half the pancake. The side that with the cheese cover on top of the side of the chicken. Fry on two sides one minute at a time. Serve at the table with a light salad of greens or fresh vegetables.
