When buying, choose pure tight cochans. Some supermarkets sell inflorescences separately. They need to be kept in the fridge for no more than a week.
Preparation for heat treatment. Remove the outer leaves and cut the core. Cut all darkened areas. Rinse the cabbage thoroughly. Cut off the inflorescences. Throw stem away.
Steamed. Put in the inflorescence steamer. Cook for 6 – 8 minutes, until the cabbage is crisply soft.
Varka. In boiling salted water, lower the inflorescences. Cover with a lid and bring to the boil again. After lulling the heat, cover again with a lid and cook for 10-12 minutes.
In the microwave. Put the inflorescences in the microwave dishes and pour 1/4 cup of water. Cover with food film, bent off with a 5cm edge for steam out. Cook at a maximum temperature of 12-14 minutes.
