Cabbage cutlets

You’ll need
  • 500 grams of cabbage, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons manki,50 millilitres of milk, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, salt and spices to taste.

Milk warm and pour them a manka. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.

The

cabbage finely shred, put in a bowl and pour in salted boiling water. After a couple of minutes, drain the water and the cabbage lightly.

Add the manka, egg and flour to the cabbage. Mix well.

From the mixture, form the cutlets and rub them in breadcrumbs. Roast in vegetable oil on both sides until golden (2-3 minutes). Serve with sour cream.
