Biscotti with nuts, candied and exhumor

You will need
  • – flour — 200 g;
  • – sugar sand — 160 g;
  • – butter — 60 g;
  • – chicken egg — 2 pcs.

  • – baker powder – 0.5 tsp;
  • – vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

In a deep bowl, lay out the sifted flour. Mix it with baker powder and sugar sand. Add candied fruits with nuts, stir. Mix the softened butter with the resulting mixture.

Eggs wash, spread into a total mass, knead the dough. Divide the resulting piece into two parts. Roll out each sausage in the form of batons.

Cook the baking tray, zip it with oiled calca (baking paper). Gently lay out the formed bars and put in the baking oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, during which time the products will acquire a light golden color.
