Biscotti with almondale

You’ll need
  • For four servings:
  • – 400g wheat flour;
  • – 200g sugar;
  • – 150g almonds;
  • – 50g dried cranberries;
  • – 4 eggs;
  • – 1 tsp salt, baking powder;
  • – Vanillin to taste.

Mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder. Separate the yolk from one egg, protein is still useful for us. Whisk with a fork three whole eggs and a yolk, vanillin, 1 tbsp water.

Dry the almonds in the oven at 160 degrees, it should turn slightly browned. Allow the finished almonds to cool, chop it after that.

In a bowl of flour, pour out the egg mixture, knead with your hands dense dough, add dried cranberries with almonds, stir.

Divide the resulting dough into three identical parts. Roll out sausages 4 centimeters thick, lay them on a baking tray, lubricate with the remaining whipped protein. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees until a golden crust is formed.

Cool the finished biscotti with almonds, cut the naiskosok with a sharp knife in 1cm thick slices, send it to the oven again for 10 minutes. Cool completely and serve on the table.
