Pork Beshbarmak with mushrooms

To make pork with mushrooms, you will need 300 g pork, 70-100 g crushed dried mushrooms, 2 potatoes, 2 onion heads, 1 egg, 1/3 cup water, 1 cup flour, a little salt and pepper.

Soak dried mushrooms for a few hours. Slice the pork in small pieces. Rinse and cut the potatoes, cut the onion with half rings.
