Recipe for lamb beshbarmac For cooking lamb
beshbarmac in a multivark take the following products: 1.5-2 kg lamb, 1-1.2 kg potatoes, 2 eggs, 350 g top grade flour, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 pieces onion, water, black pepper peas, salt – to taste.
Pour into a bowl of flour, make a deepening in the center of the slide, put salt, pour eggs, add vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Roll it out very thinly and slice the 4x4cm pieces. Leave them on the table to dry.
Rinse the meat and slice it into small pieces. Put them in a multivooker, completely pour water. Install Steam Cooking for 1 minute. During this time, the water in the multivark boils. Open the multivark, drain the first broth into separate dishes.
Rinse the meat, put it in a multi-cook again, add salt, black pepper peas, pour water not above the top mark in the bowl. Turn on “Stew” for 3 hours. Stewing time depends on the quality of the meat. After two hours, add the peeled and cut in half potato tubers to the multicook. Clean and cut the onion, pour it with part of the broth in which the meat was boiled, and put it on the stove. Bring the broth to the boil and turn off the heat.
Put the finished meat and potatoes out of the multicook, and leave the broth. Turn on “Cooking on the park” mode for 30 minutes, during this time you need to cook noodles in multicook. Put it in multicooker in batches, each batch is prepared very quickly. Put the finished noodles on a plate, on top of it – potatoes and lamb, and on top of it sprinkle onions and finely cut spring onions. Serve beshbarmak on the table hot.
In addition to the beshbarmak you can serve strained broth in which lamb was boiled.
Pork Beshbarmak with mushrooms
To make pork with mushrooms, you will need 300 g pork, 70-100 g crushed dried mushrooms, 2 potatoes, 2 onion heads, 1 egg, 1/3 cup water, 1 cup flour, a little salt and pepper.
Soak dried mushrooms for a few hours. Slice the pork in small pieces. Rinse and cut the potatoes, cut the onion with half rings. Put the pieces of pork in a bowl of multivooks, and top out the cubes of potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with onions, lay out the mushrooms, add some water, salt, pepper. Set “Stew” mode for 50 minutes.
While the meat is cooked, knead the dough from the egg, 1/3 cup water, flour, roll out and cut the noodles squares. Boil it in a pan of boiling salted water. It’s cooked for 1 minute.
To keep the noodles from dry, pour a little broth into the finished beshbarmak before serving.
Put the noodles on a dish, and on it the finished meat with mushrooms and potatoes.
