- 250 grams of “Jubilee” cookies (or the same shortbread), 5 tablespoons of butter, 500 grams of cottage cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 4 bananas, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 pinch of cinnamon.
Grind the cookies to a fine crumb using a blender. Melt the butter, pour it into the shredded biscuits and mix thoroughly.
