Air Buns

You will need
  • For dough:
  • – 4 eggs;
  • – 2 tbsp butter;
  • – 300 ml milk;
  • – 250 g flour;
  • – 0.5 tsp. spoons salt.
  • For the filling:
  • – 200 ml milk
  • – 1.5 cups sugar;
  • – 1.5 cups milk powder;
  • – 1 tbsp butter;
  • – vanillin.

Cook the dough: Add eggs, salt, butter to the bowl and beat with a whisk.

Milk warm to room temperature. Mix the flour with the milk so there are no lumps. Combine the ingredients and beat.

Pour the finished dough into the muffin moulds.

Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Then lull the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes.

Cook the filling:
Mix the powder and whole milk, add sugar. Put on a water bath. Cook for 1.5 hours. 10 minutes before ready, add the butter and vanillin.

Ready buns take out of moulds, with a knife to separate the tops. Fill with cream and close. Serve to tea.
