If desired, you can fry the grains before making coffee. To do this, spread the grains on a red-hot pan and stir constantly with a spoon until they are browned (the duration of the frying is 5-15 minutes). The roasting time depends entirely on your preferences and tastes.
Grind the grains in a coffee grinder, but not to a powdered mass, they should be fragmented, then the drink will be more saturated flavour. If you do not have a coffee grinder, then you can fragment the grains in the tube.
Pour soft purified water into the turk and put on a small heat. To prepare one serving of coffee, you will need approximately 10-15 grams of green coffee beans and 150 milliliters of water. Without bringing the water to a boil, fill the ground coffee, keep heating, stirring periodically with a spoon. Do not cover the turka with a lid. When boiling, foam will appear on the surface of the water, turn off the fire.
Green coffee is ready for consumption, strain it through a sitechko into a glass. The prepared coffee drink has a green hue and significantly differs in taste from coffee with roasted beans. If desired, you can add cinnamon, ginger or cloves to the drink.
To prepare green coffee in the french press, it is necessary to pour the ground grains with steep boiling water. Insist the coffee for fifteen minutes, then press the rod and lower the filter down that will separate the coffee grounds from the drink. Only pour green coffee over cups and add sugar if desired.
