 Amos Oz was born on May 4, 1939 in Jerusalem. The writer has died at the age of 79. Oz’s death occurred on 28 December 2018 in Tel Aviv. His father was Yehuda-Arie Klausner, an Israeli literary critic and literary critic originally from Odessa. The ancestors of the writers were emigrants from Eastern Europe. Oz did army service on the Syrian border. Then he worked in the field of agriculture. Writing Oz started at age 20.
