Create a new document, draw the oval using Ellipse Tool (L) and paint it with parameters R=171, G=187, B=64.
Now you need to make top and bottom sharp edges. Select the Convert Anchor Point Tool (Shift+C) and click on the control points you want.
Tilt the object to the left with the Free tool Transform Tool (E).
Draw a line using Line Segment Tool (). Make stroke color R=118, G=127, B=32. Select Round Cap in the stroke settings. Place the sheet on the resulting stem.
Draw a circle (R=158, G=25, B=19) using Ellipse Tool (L). Then draw a thin rectangle (R=118, G=127, B=32) using Rectangle Tool (M). Place the circle on top of the rectangle and group them (Ctrl+G). It’s going to be a berry.
Tilt the berry left and place next to the petal on the stem.
Select sheet and berry, press the Shift+Alt key combination and drag them above. Duplicate the action with a combination of Ctrl+D several times.
Place a vertical leaf at the top of the stem.
Select all sheets and berries on the left, right-click and select Transform > Reflect. In the window that opens, select Vertical and press Copy. Now we have a branch.
Highlight everything (Ctrl+A). Select Effect > Warp > Arc from the top panel. In the window that opens, set the Bend 60% option and select Vertical. Click OK to accept the changes.
Select Object > Expand Appearance from the top panel.
Tilt the branch slightly to the left.
Select curved branch, right-click and select Transform > Reflect. In the window that opens, select Vertical and press Copy. Move the copy to the right.
I placed in the center a yellow circle, but in this place can be all that please.
