Home masks and rinses are a great way to keep your hair in good condition. Aside from getting great results, they have another advantage: they don’t take long. Their use takes only 2-3 minutes with regular washing, and masks, although most of them must stay on their head for at least 30 minutes, can always apply cosmetics and exercise your own deeds.
Proper preparation is very important – for nutrients to penetrate deeply into the hair structure and perform their task – it also takes only a few minutes. It is necessary to wash the strands and scalp thoroughly with a properly selected shampoo. Washing will also open flakes, making it better to soak up valuable substances contained in prepared cosmetics.
Home cooking techniques
will need a bowl for mixing ingredients, foil cap and towel. The following proportions are sufficient to apply to medium-length hair (+/- to the blades) – if the curls are longer, the specified amount should be doubled.
Mask with egg
1 yolk, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon natural honey. Stir everything thoroughly, and apply to strands. Put on pre-prepared foil, which should be wrapped with a towel — the heat will make the nutrients soak up better. Keep a minimum of 30 minutes, but the longer the better. At the end of time, wash your head as usual.
few fresh aloe leaves, 1 tablespoon honey, half a cup of warm boiled water. Mix aloe with water – to produce medium thickness paste. Add honey, then apply to your head. Put on a beanie and wrap your head with a towel. After 30 minutes rinse with shampoo.
Moisturizing and nourishing
1 ripe, peeled avocado, 1-2 tablespoons coconut milk. Crush the fruit with a fork or grind. Add milk — enough to get a consistency similar to shampoo. Apply the mask immediately after cooking (it is important that it stays fresh, as it loses its properties over time), for about 30-40 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
1 yolk, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon castor oil, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon plain yogurt. Place the mixture along the entire length of the hair, and keep as long as possible (at least 30 minutes, up to a few hours). At the end, rinse with warm water.
2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 1 egg, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, 3-4 drops of liquid vitamin E (optional). Beat the egg and mix with the yogurt. Add mixed: banana, lemon juice and vitamin E and apply to the head. Sustain 15-20 minutes, then rinse the curls carefully.
