A few tips for making bread masks
For making bread masks at home will suit both the flesh of black and white bread. However, rye bread is more nutritious and more often used to prepare hair care products. To make a bread mask, pour the flesh of the bread with boiling water first. Then, depending on what hair you have and the solutions to what problem you want to achieve, add other components.
For example, if you are the owner of oily hair, you can add lemon juice to the mask, if the split – burdock or castor oil.
You will achieve the greatest effect of using masks if the bread is filled not with water, but with an infusion of plantain herbs, perfume, chamomile, nettle, sage. Bread masks rub into the scalp and then wrap the hair with film and towel. Keep the mask on the hair for 1 hour, then rinse off with warm water and let the hair dry on its own.
Homemade black hair bread masks
To prepare a mask for normal hair, you will need:
– 100 grams of black bread;
– 2 tablespoons finely cut green onions;
– 0.5 cups of water.
Pour the black bread with boiling water and cover with a lid. After 5-10 minutes, stir the wet bread until the formation of a kashite-like consistency. Break the spring onion and mix it with the bread. The resulting mass rub into the hair, wrap the head with polyethylene film, and on top – with a towel or handkerchief. After 1.5 hours rinse the mask with warm water.
To get rid of the onion smell after applying this mask, rinse your hair with water with a small amount of lemon juice.
To prepare a mask for dry and damaged hair, mix thoroughly the flesh of the rye bread, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon of dry yeast, 1 liter of warm water. Apply a mask to your hair. Rinse with plenty of warm water after 30-50 minutes.
Perfectly stimulates hair growth the following mask: on a fine grater, rub fresh and peeled ginger root, then 2 tablespoons of the resulting kashita mix with black bread and pour it all a little warmed with serum. Leave the composition for 1 hour, then strain and apply the resulting kashita to the hair. Keep for 30-60 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
To prepare a mask for hair prone to fatness, 200 grams of black bread pour boiling water and once the bread kashita has cooled a little, add 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 whipped egg. Apply the finished mask to the scalp. Rinse in 20 minutes.
