Gotta spend some time cooking – it’s worth doing because scrubs, masks and homemade bath lotions are really effective. You won’t need special equipment (sometimes a blender or mixer is enough). Most of the products you need you will find in the nearest grocery store or pharmacy.
Applying foot masks at least once a week will make your skin smooth and fresh. They can exfoliate, moisturize or regenerate. You decide which to choose. After cooking the mask, apply it to your feet and leave it for 15-20 minutes. To enhance the effect, you can wrap your feet with kitchen foil or wear socks and go to sleep, and wash your mask only in the morning.
Take 100g of cottage cheese, 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix everything thoroughly. Apply the mixture to your feet, and after washing, use lotion or cream.
Cracking mask on heels
To prevent cracking, boil 2 potatoes together with the peel, crush them and mix with milk (1-2 tablespoons). When the flesh cools a little, apply it to your feet.
If your heels are already chapped, moisten them in a mask of overcooked linseed or Vaseline. To do this, add 6 tablespoons of Vaseline, add oil from 6 vitamin E capsules and a few drops of tea oil. Leave the mask on your feet until it soaks up (you can do the procedure before bed, put on your socks and leave the mask overnight).
Mix 3 bananas with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and apply to your feet.
You can also use oatmeal full of valuable substances. Mix them with a little warm milk or yogurt and a tablespoon of honey and leave on the skin for a quarter of an hour.
Avocado also has many advantages. The mask of this vegetable nourishes the skin and moisturizes it. Knead the soft avocado with 3 tablespoons of simple yogurt and apply for 20 minutes, wrapping your feet in foil.
1/4 cup almonds mix with the same amount of oatmeal. Grind everything in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. To soften the skin and remove it, you can also use an egg, a glass of kefir and just as much lemon juice. Mix the ingredients in a large bowl, add the contents of two capsules with vitamin E. The mass will be liquid enough, so don’t put it on your feet, but dip in it.
Mask for tired feet
After a long working day, brew the chamomile and allow to cool. Cut a bunch of parsley, mint leaves and mix everything with infusion. You can replace the infusion of chamomile with milk (half a cup is enough).
Their main task is to smooth the skin and remove dead skin. However, peels also have an effect of improving circulation, which restores the skin and nourishes every cell in it. They will work after the bath as the next step in foot care. For peeling, we can use substances with crystalline structure that will have an abrasive effect during massage.
For the not-so-hard skin
Mix the fine sugar with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of honey. Massage your legs for about 5 minutes.
Dead skin is also effectively removed by ground coffee. To use its properties, take two tablespoons of coffee, three honey, a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the ingredients and massage them on your feet.
To 2 tablespoons of honey, add a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of brown, ground or fine sugar. This peeling has a smoothing and antibacterial effect.
