Hand care: home masks

Examples of homemade hand masks:

  • Almond mask

Thoroughly mix 2 tablespoons lanolin, 1¼ 2 tea spoons almond egg, 1¼ 2 egg yolks. Apply to thoroughly washed hand skin. Put on cotton gloves. The mask is most convenient to do at night. Designed for very rough, red and chapped hands.

  • Oatmeal mask

Pour a glass of oatmeal with a glass of fatty milk and cover for a few minutes. When the mask cools, apply it to your hands for about half an hour. Rinse with warm water and apply moisturizing or nourishing cream. If your hands are chapped, you can add 3 tablespoons of honey (preferably linden).

  • Regenerating tonic

Mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 tablespoons of water or olive oil. Apply the liquid to the skin of your hands with massage movements. It brings relief to the chapped skin.

  • Nail conditioner

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil 1¼ 2 tablespoon talc powder and stir until a uniform cream is formed. If it’s too thick – add some oil. Massage a small part of the air conditioner into pre-washed nails and cuticle. Remove the excess using soft fabric or cotton discs. Lightly polish for a delicate, natural shine. The rest of the air conditioner should be placed with a small jar with a lid or covered with plastic film. The conditioner improves blood circulation and strengthens nails.
