However, due to the sheer volume of daily duties, hardly anyone has time to devote long hours to a hairstyle – it’s obvious. The fact is that in order to take care of his beautiful and healthy appearance, you need to spend only a few minutes, 1 – 2 times a week.
To make hair beautiful, healthy and thick, they need nutrients. Buying or preparing cosmetics for home care, it is worth turning to those that contain:

, 7 glasses of water. In a saucepan with six cups of water, we cook all the herbs except horsetail for about 20 minutes. The latter is prepared separately and slightly longer, about 35 minutes – in 1 glass of water. Combining both decoctions — the rinse will be ready for use when it cools. No need to flush it after use.
Light beer, boiled water (1:1 per beer). Pour the beer in the glass, wait for the gas to come out. Apply to the hair in this form or dilute with water in a ratio of 1:1. This rinse is great for oily hair.
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, 2 cups chilled boiled water. Depending on the needs, it is possible to prepare this rinse in greater quantities, always following the rule: 1 teaspoon vinegar per 1 cup water. This is a great remedy for curly hair — it smooths and gives shine.
1 bag of black tea, 3 teaspoons of ground coffee, 1 liter of water. Brew the tea in 1 cup of water. Use the rest to boil coffee (about 15 minutes) and leave both drinks to cool, then combine them. This rinse can be used once every 1-2 weeks. Stimulates hair growth. Especially recommended for people with dark hair.
3 teaspoons linseed, 3 cups water (including 1 boiled), 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Pour two glasses of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the flax and cook until it is thick. When the decoction has cooled, add the lemon juice, pour in boiled water and stir. Wet your hair for 2-3 minutes. The flax effect pleasantly smooths, nourishes and makes strands extremely soft to the touch.
Dried nettle leaves or a few tea bags with nettle, 1.5 liters of water. Brew the nettle and wait to cool, then strain. Rinse pre-washed hair, wring excess liquid and ruffle your head with a towel for 10 minutes. Dry your hair — without flushing. Such a rinse is a great proposition for people who want to grow their hair and those who struggle with excessive loss of it.
Warning! An infusion of nettle can slightly dye, especially blond hair.
