Sugar peeling, whether it is a homemade product or bought in a store, consists mainly of sugar particles and selected oil — olive, coconut, argan, sunflower, shea oil. Its main task is to remove dead epidermal cells, making the skin delicate and smooth.
Preparation of scrub
To prepare scrub, it is best to use coarse-grained sugar and olive oil (which lubricates, nourishes and regenerates the skin, and gives the mixture slip) and honey (regenerating and nourishing the skin), fruit juice or pleasantly smelling essential oils.
Benefits of using sugar peeling
Sugar peeling perfectly smooths the skin and aligns the color. It makes it softer and better absorbing nutrients, such as lotions or oils. Scrub further improves blood circulation, and prevents hair rotation. It is also one of the best cosmetics to combat cellulite.

Grapefruit sugar peeling:

- 3 tablespoons coconut oil,

Combine all the ingredients.
How to use sugar peeling?
It’s best to use peeling once or twice a week. Apply a little product on a wet body with your hands or sponge and gently rub. To exfoliate the skin of the back, it is worth using special brushes on the long handle. It is best to massage the skin from the ankles to the heart.
It is recommended to use peeling before applying auto tanning – otherwise it can leave spots in places where the skin is faster (knees, elbows). It is worth combining sugar peeling with dry brush – after 2 weeks of regular use you can enjoy a perfectly smooth body.
People with delicate, irritation-prone skin should use enzymatic peeling, which does not require rubbing.
Beauty salons hold much stronger peels with a high concentration of acids (glycolic, almond). They work harder, eliminate flaws by opening new, smoother skin.
