This is often practiced in large cities: Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh, etc.

To finish the facade, plasters with a water-repellent layer are used. A tight grip on the base of the wall reliably eliminates the effects of wind and water. Decking, similar in properties to metal panels, is usually used for laying roofs, creating protective fences on plots, but can be used and in the design of the walls of buildings.
