· 5. Hygroscopicity. This indicator is important in the construction of the fireplace foundation and the outside pipe. The brick must not absorb moisture, otherwise it could cause the entire structure to collapse.
Chamote bricks meet the requirements for refractory. This brick has all the necessary qualities for the construction of the fireplace furnace and the beginning of the chimney.
